Turnaround

Orders ship within 1 business day, arrival date will depend on the shipping option chosen. Please note certain designs, based on popular demand, could have extended lead times. The consumer will be contacted if an order is not able to be filled in the desired time frame due to inventory unavailability. Shipping times may differ for Canadian shipments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order. All orders ship via UPS. Shipping costs are based on weight, service level, and delivery location from our Fulfillment Center in Belle Plaine, MN.

Shipping Locations

Available to ship in the US and Canada. For any other international orders, please call our Cambria Customer Care team at 1-866-CAMBRIA (1-866-226-2742).

Damaged or Defective Shipment

If a sample arrives damaged, or if there is an error in the shipment (e.g., wrong item sent),  please contact us immediately at 1-866-CAMBRIA (1-866-226-2742) or email CustomerService@CambriaUSA.com.

For such cases, we will provide instructions (and in many cases prepaid return shipping) to correct the error or replace/repair the item as appropriate.

Returns

Purchased Cambria samples from CambriaUSA.com or CambriaCanada.com may be returned to any Cambria-owned location for a refund of the sample cost to the original payment method (shipping costs are not refundable). Samples must be in good, resalable condition and returned with the original packing slip.

Approved Cambria-owned locations

Purchased Cambria samples may also be returned via mail for a refund of the sample cost to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs are not refundable. Samples must be in good, resalable condition and can be returned in the original packaging (whenever possible) with the original packing slip. Returns must be initiated within 180 days of purchase date.

Condition of Returned Materials

Returned samples must be in substantially the same condition as when sold, unused (other than inspection) and in original packaging (whenever possible), and accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

Cambria reserves the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the returned item is not in resalable condition.

Refunds

The return will be processed after it is received and its condition inspected. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on the consumers credit card statement. The consumer will receive an email when the return has been processed.
