Are Cambria quartz samples representative of the entire slab?

The design sample is a small select cut from a slab; it does not fully exhibit all the design characteristics of the final installed product. Cambria is pure natural quartz. Variations in the natural quartz stone color, pattern, size, shape, and shade are unique and inherent characteristics of this product. It is recommended to view a full slab to see all of its characteristics.

Are all slab thickness and finish options available as samples to order?

No, not all slab thickness and finish options are available as samples. Please check the Cambria Sample Store product detail page for the design you are interested in to see what samples are available to order. Look under the Product Specifications tab or work with your professional partner to see what slab finishes and thickness are available.

What size are Cambria’s quartz samples?

Cambria quartz samples come in 6x10 inches or 3x3 inches. The size of the sample is dependent on the specific design.

What does it mean if the sample I am interested in has “Limited Slab Availability”?

If a design you are interested in states Limited Slab Availability, it is still available to order as a sample. But, you should confirm with Cambria Customer Care at 1-866-CAMBRIA (1-866-226-2742) or your professional partner on availability of slabs for your project, as they may be limited.

Where can Cambria Sample Store orders be shipped to?

Cambria Sample Store orders are available to ship in the US and Canada. For any other international orders, please call our Cambria Customer Care team at 1-866-CAMBRIA (1-866-226-2742).

How much do Cambria quartz samples cost when ordering online from the Cambria Samples Store?

The cost of a Cambria quartz sample varies depending on the size or finish. Typically, prices range from $7–$35 USD per sample plus shipping costs when ordering online from the Cambria Samples Store.

How are shipping rates calculated from the Cambria Samples Store?

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order. All Cambria Sample Store orders ship via FedEx. Shipping costs are based on weight, service level, and delivery location from our Fulfillment Center in Belle Plaine, MN.

When will my Cambria Sample Store sample order ship?

Orders ship within 1 business day, arrival date will depend on the shipping option chosen. Please note certain designs, based on popular demand, could have extended lead times. You will be contacted if an order is not able to be filled in the desired time frame due to inventory unavailability. Shipping times may differ for Canadian shipments.

Can Cambria quartz samples be returned from the Cambria Samples Store?

Yes, you can return Cambria quartz samples for a refund of the sample cost. The return must be completed within 180 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

How can I return my Cambria Samples Store quartz samples?

Cambria samples purchased from the Cambria Samples Store may be returned to any Cambria-owned location for a refund of the sample cost to the original payment method (shipping costs are not refundable). Samples must be in good, resalable condition and returned with the original packing slip.

Approved Cambria-owned locations

Purchased Cambria samples may also be returned via mail for a refund of the sample cost to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs are not refundable. Samples must be in good, resalable condition and can be returned in the original packaging (whenever possible) with the original packing slip. Cambria reserves the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the returned item is not in resalable condition.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective shipment from the Cambria Samples Store?

If a sample arrives damaged, or if there is an error in the shipment (e.g., wrong item sent),  please contact us immediately at 1-866-CAMBRIA (1-866-226-2742) or email CustomerService@CambriaUSA.com. For such cases, we will provide instructions (and in many cases prepaid return shipping) to correct the error or replace/repair the item as appropriate.

The return will be processed after it is received and its condition inspected. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on the consumer’s credit card statement. The consumer will receive an email when the return has been processed.

Where can I see a full slab of Cambria in person?

Cambria is available nationwide at local/regional kitchen and bath dealer showrooms, fabricator showrooms, appliance centers, build/design centers, and model homes—as well as Cambria galleries and slab showrooms. Use our Cambria Retailer Locator to find a location near you. If you are looking for a specific design, please call ahead to confirm if the location has the slab available to view. 

How do I order full slabs of Cambria quartz for my project?
